Terms & Conditions

1.      Promotion Period: 6^th May 2013 to 5^th Jul 2013 (Sailing Date, both days inclusive).

2.      This promotion only applies to passengers who purchase E-ticket(s) via Cotai Water Jet website at full fare and proceed with direct check-in at terminals for boarding.

3.      This promotion is limited to Cotai Water Jet City Route service, i.e. Hong Kong (HK Macau Ferry Terminal/HK China Ferry Terminal) from/to Macau (Outer Harbor/Taipa Ferry Terminal).

4.      Passengers who purchase E-tickets via Cotai Water Jet website a re required to comply with all rules and conditions regarding Cotai Water Jet E-ticket and proceed with direct check-in at terminals for boarding. The free upgrading service shall no longer apply once E-tickets are redeemed at ticketing counters.

5.      Free upgrading service is subject to availability of Cotai First Class seats

6.      This promotion is bound by TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE OF PASSENGERS AND LUGGAGE. Cotai Water Jet reserves the right for final decision in case of any dispute arising.

Cotai Water Jet Announcement on Incremental Service of E-ticketing

For even more convenience of Cotai Water Jet passengers to purchase tickets and check in our ferries, we will launch incremental service of E-ticketing from 8th March 2013. Passengers who book E-tickets on line can directly check in at Cotai Water Jet check-in gate at terminals. For more details on how to use E-ticketing service, passengers are advised to check the user guide on the webpage of on-line booking.
