1. The name and the HKID/passport number of the ticket collecting person must be filled correctly. When collecting tickets, the ticket collecting person must present the according HKID/passport and the purchase number to our staff for verification.
2. The maximum number of tickets purchased for each transaction is 10.
3. After submission of the purchase form, a confirmation e-mail containing the purchased ticket information will be sent to the purchaser.
4. When the purchaser receives the confirmation email, the purchaser should print it out and verify the purchased ticket information.
5. After the credit card transaction is confirmed by the bank, the payment cannot be voided and the according payment amount will be charged from the credit card immediately.
6. If the ticket collecting person does not collect the purchased tickets, he/she cannot request for refund.
7. After receiving the confirmation email, the ticket collecting person should go to our Hong Kong direct sales offices to collect the tickets.
8. The ticket collecting person should collect the tickets not less than 45 minutes before the departure of ferry.
9. Children at 1 to 5 years old buy tickets at 'Children Price'.
