The luxurious experience of the Cotai Strip® begins the moment you board one of our CotaiJet ferries, with a refined travelling experience complemented by elegant interiors and outstanding customer service. The sailing time from Hong Kong International Airport to Macau is a brief 60 minutes. Upon arrival at Taipa Ferry Terminal you can board one of our complimentary coaches, which will shuttle you to The Venetian, Four Seasons Hotel or Plaza Casino on the Cotai Strip® in air-conditioned comfort in just 5 minutes.

 
As SkyPier is a restricted area within the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) the SkyPier ferry service is for transit passengers only. It is not applicable to passengers originating in Hong Kong or officially considered to have entered Hong Kong for immigration purposes.

  1. Purchase Ferry Ticket
    1. Ferry voucher may be purchased at ticketing outlet in The Venetian
    2. Ferry Ticket may be purchased directly from Taipa Ferry Terminal*
    3. Advance purchase of ferry ticket available online at this link
  2. Proceed to Ferry Ticket Counter for Airport route at the departure Ferry Terminal.
    1. Exchange Ferry Voucher for valid ferry ticket.
    2. If you have already purchased a ticket online, provide your booking confirmation number to obtain valid ticket.

    Passengers who have purchased ferry tickets should skip Step 2

  3. Check-in baggage (if any) at check-in counter at Taipa Ferry Terminal.
  4. Go through immigration/custom formalities.
  5. Board CotaiJet vessel to SkyPier.
  6. Reclaim baggage from passenger drop-off area at Skypier for indirect designated flight and check-in baggage will directly transferred to designated flight.

  7. Board Automated People Mover to Passenger Terminal Building of HKIA.
  8. Travel to desigated boarding gate (exempt from immigration procedures).
  1. Purchase Ferry Ticket – Ferry ticket can be purchased either at HK International Airport before going through immigration or in advance by simply going there.
  2. Arrive at Hong Kong International Airport (exemption from immigration procedure).
  3. Proceed to Ferry Ticket Counter in Transfer Area E2, Level 5, Hong Kong International Airport Passenger Terminal Building:
    1. Purchase ticket/ pre check-in/ produce baggage idenitfication tag for baggage reclaim at Air/Sea Transfer Desk.
      (Passengers should transit to Macau on day of arrival at HKIA.
    2. If you have already purchased a ticket online, provide your booking confirmation number to obtain a valid ticket.
  4. Board Automated People Mover to SkyPier.
  5. Board CotaiJet vessel to Macau.
  6. Pass through immigration / custom formalities in Macau (Taipa Ferry Terminal).

Terms and Conditions

 

Terms of Sea to Air Service:

  1. Passenger must possess valid travel documents which expire no sooner than six months from date of travel. Passenger must possess valid travel visa for destination and confirmed flight ticket.
     
  2. CotaiJet is not responsible for any loss to passenger caused by any violation of ordinances of Airport Authority of Hong Kong or resulting from flight cancellation or changes.
     
  3. CotaiJet is not responsible for any loss to passenger resulting from airline action taken as a result of passenger's violation of Airport Authority of Hong Kong regulations. Airport Authority of Hong Kong may charge a fee should passenger fail to board. Passenger solely liable for such fee.
     
  4. CotaiJet is not responsible for any loss to passenger caused by flight cancellations as a result of unforeseen force majeure such as typhoon, thunderstorm, natural disasters, etc.

  5. Baggage check-in will only be completed at Macao Cotai Taipa Temporary Ferry Terminal. Cotai Strip CotaiJet allows each Cotai Class passenger free passage for one (1) item of baggage weighing no more than 20Kg and allows each First Class passenger free passage for one (1) item of baggage weighing no more than 30Kg. Excess baggage charges: HK$20 per every 5 kg. The sum of length, width and height of one item of baggage may not exceed 158cm (62 inches).

  6. Passengers transiting from Macau ports requested to check in at SkyPier two hours before flight departure.

 

Terms of Air to Sea Services:

  1. Passenger must arrive to the Cotai Strip CotaiJet ticketing offices at least 60 minutes with check-in baggage; passengers without check-in baggage must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to schedule sailing time to exchange CotaiJet-SkyPier voucher/ pre check-in/ produce baggage identification tag for baggage reclaim.
     
  2. Please present CotaiJet-SkyPier voucher and ID/Travel Document when exchanging ticket.
     
  3. CotaiJet allows each passenger free passage for one (1) item of baggage weighing no more than 50Kg. Excess baggage charges: Sea-to-air: HK$30.
     
  4. The CotaiJet-SkyPier voucher is valid only on the date and at the time of the Hong Kong Airport Route sailing stated. Expired tickets are void.
     
  5. The CotaiJet-SkyPier voucher can only be used to redeem ferry tickets. It is non-refundable, not for resale or transfer. Lost vouchers will not be replaced.
     
  6. All reservations are final and subject to confirmation by our booking system.
     
  7. Services subject to company's Terms & Conditions of Carriage of Passengers.
    • Passengers transiting to Macau ports with checked baggage should arrive at ferries to Macau ticketing counter 60 minutes prior to ferry departure for document verification and purchase of ferry tickets.
